Skillsoft Adds 15 Languages to Global Code of Conduct Elearning Solution

Includes 13 key risk areas, is tablet-ready and integrates with third party platforms

Camberley, Surrey 24 March 2015 - Skillsoft, the international learning solutions provider has extended the topic areas covered by its popular Global Code of Conduct solution and made each of them available in 15 languages.

This new release sees the courses now also available in UK English, US English, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese Mandarin, Dutch, European Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin American Spanish, Polish, Russian, and Turkish.

The Code of Conduct offering covers 13 key risk areas: Anti-Bribery; Antitrust; Privacy and Information Security; Insider Dealing; Conflicts of Interest; Preventing Harassment; Social Media and Electronic Communication; and Protection of Company Information; Global Business Ethics; Promoting Reports of Misconduct; Records Management, Gifts, Gratuities and Entertainment; and Avoiding Discrimination and Promoting Diversity.

All 195 courses are available now on Skillsoft's learning management systems, as well as via integrations with third party platforms. They are fully customisable and tablet-ready as well.

Skillsoft's Global Code of Conduct elearning solution provides foundational code of conduct and ethics training for the enterprise in a flexible and customisable format. Pairing highly engaging video content with instructional material and skill-building questions, the solution helps employees understand the risks associated with a broad spectrum of compliance issues and how to properly address them.

Administrative features include an annual reconfiguration process to keep content relevant as the organisation grows, trackable sign-off by each employee to ensure completion and the ability to incorporate references to the employer's policies and other resources.

"Creating a culture of compliance in your organisation is vitally important because the potential penalties for non-compliance are so high," explains Mike Newton, Regional Sales Director for Compliance at Skillsoft. "By making employees more aware of the risks and increasing their understanding of the Code of Conduct, organisations can greatly reduce their instances of fines and exposure to other risk. Having materials and courses available in multiple languages plugs an important gap for many international organisations."
