Attendees will have access to keynotes and breakout presentations on a wide variety of topics – including ROI metrics, the relationship between performance management and learning, continuous, multi-modal learning strategies, and content integration. Panelists include Tom Kelly, vice president of worldwide training for Cisco; Candy Haynes, associate CLO for Deloitte Consulting; and Steve Trehern, vice president of Unisys University.
· “Rethinking E-learning” will be delivered by Marc Rosenberg, an independent consultant and the author of E-Learning: Strategies for Delivering Knowledge in the Digital Age. Rosenberg’s presentation will discuss the factors required for program success, the potential impact of knowledge management, and the relationship between learning and business strategy.
