SkillSoft's American Depository Shares to Continue Trading on NASDAQ National Market

NASHUA, N.H., Jan 22, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- SkillSoft PLC (Nasdaq: SKIL) reported today that NASDAQ has advised the Company that it is now in compliance with the requirements for continued listing on NASDAQ National Market. The trading symbol for SkillSoft's American Depositary Shares will be changed from "SKILE" to "SKIL" at the opening of business on January 24, 2003.
