The Human Resource Certification Institute's (HRCI) certification examinations, HRCI/PHR (Professional in Human Resources certification), cover a broad range of workforce planning and employment issues, including the recruitment and selection of new employees. The (HRCI) certification examinations are widely recognized as the industry standard for evaluating Human Resource professionals' competencies. HRCI is an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management and provides testing and certification services. As a human resources professional, you are involved in the process of attracting and interviewing qualified job candidates for your organization. Toward that end, this course will help you prepare for the HRCI certification examinations with regard to employee recruitment and selection. In this course, you'll learn about such things as recruitment sources and employer branding, and screening tests and interviews.
