Overview/Description
The Advanced Solutions for Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 course is the final step toward Exchange 2013 MCSE. This course focuses on multi-site, Enterprise class deployments of Exchange, integrating Unified Messaging components and Enterprise Client Access License features, Advanced security with Information Rights Management and AD Rights Management Services, implementing and managing hybrid, coexistence, migration and Federation scenarios, as well as, advanced monitoring and troubleshooting.
Prerequisites
Prerequisites for this course include the 70-341 course. This is an advanced configuration course. Students attending this course should have a solid understanding of Active Directory, advanced messaging systems infrastructure requirements, network firewalls, delivery of web based services infrastructures, Unified Messaging and supported protocols. Students new to computer and Active Directory architecture should consider taking the MCSA track classes (410, 411 and 412) and the Exchange Core, Class 70-341, prior to attending this course in order to get the most out of their classroom experience.

The Advanced Solutions for Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 is an essential course for students preparing for the Exchange 2013 MCSE certification. Students pursuing the Exchange 2013 MCSE should attend both the Core and Advanced Solutions for Exchange Server 2013 courses. This class is designed for candidates who have a minimum of three years of experience managing Exchange servers and who are responsible for the Exchange messaging environment in an enterprise environment. They are senior administrators who act as the technical lead over a team of administrators. These candidates are a third level of support between the Exchange Recipient Administrator and the Exchange Server Administrator.
