Overview/Description
It is important to have an excellent understanding of the characteristics of end users in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) and Cisco UCM Express and their related configuration requirements. In this course, you will learn how to explain the differences between end users and application users in Cisco UCM, as well as end-user characteristics. This course also describes how to implement end users in Cisco UCM and Cisco UCM Express. Finally, you'll learn about the corporate directory content that manual end-user configuration or LDAP synchronization generates. This course is one of a series in the Skillsoft learning path that covers the objectives for Cisco exam 210-060: Implementing Cisco Collaboration Devices.
