Overview/Description
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is a Customer Relationship Management application that makes it possible to automate much of the sales process. In this course, you will learn how to configure and use the sales module including sales pipeline management, sales order processing, managing the product catalog, measuring performance through metrics and goals, and various ways to create reports.
