Overview/Description
Business analysts must develop a repository of common language to facilitate communication and strategically align activities and goals. In this course, you'll learn about a number of business analysis techniques included in the categories of documentation, business and user cases, and setting metrics and criteria as prescribed in A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) v3 by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). This course will assist in preparing the learner for the IIBA®'s Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) certification exam. IIBA®, the IIBA® logo, BABOK®, and Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® are registered trademarks owned by International Institute of Business Analysis.
