Overview/Description
This course provides basic information on US money laundering law and international anti-money laundering efforts. It also discusses actions that those working in banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions can take to better identify and manage risks associated with money laundering. This course was developed with subject matter support provided by the Labor, Employment, and Employee Benefits Law Group of the law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA.
