Good planning gives your company a competitive advantage. However, a large proportion of the planned strategy often fails to materialize. Executable strategy begins with a clearly-defined strategic direction that considers existing strategy, as well as internal and external influences. Strategic themes then enable an organization to develop a workable strategy that aligns with its goals. This course covers the criteria for creating an executable strategy.
