Peter's accounting and business experience spans 4 decades. He spent twenty years as a management accountant developing advanced costing, stock control and monthly reporting systems for multi-nationals corporations, and became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants in London, UK in the late eighties. Since the early nineties Peter has worked closely small businesses across all industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, service, construction and retail. Ever since he first used it in 1992, Peter's preferred accounting software has been QuickBooks. Peter recently established MasterQuickBooks.ie to support users of QuickBooks in his native Ireland.
Tim Warner has 17 years of experience as a systems administrator, software developer, technical trainer, and author. Jay Wengrow is an experienced web developer and educator, having both a M.S. in Software Engineering and a M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision from Loyola University Chicago. He has extensive experience with Ruby on Rails in a variety of roles. He was the lead developer at Doggyloot, a successful e-commerce startup, and currently works at Apartments.com building complex enterprise systems from scratch. He launched his Anyone Can Learn To Code mentoring service last year, and has been teaching Rails to a variety of clients.
Adam Wilcox is President and founder of Writ Wilcox, LLC, an information design company. He has trained and written training materials used by tens of thousands of Microsoft Office users. The author of over 20 courses on Microsoft Excel alone, he is in high demand as an Excel consultant. He also has experience as a radio producer, curriculum developer, manager of technical documentation, and instructional designer for eLearning.
Sarah Wischmeyer began her career as a software instructor, course developer, and solutions consultant in 1997. She continues to train adults in a wide assortment of topics, specializing in Microsoft and Adobe products. She also works closely with clients to create custom solutions for real-world business needs. It was her background in web design that led her to teaching SharePoint, beginning with SharePoint Designer 2007 for SharePoint Services 3.0. From designing the brand and layout, to equipping owners, to implementing custom workflows, to integrating forms, Sarah has worked with many organizations as they have transitioned to SharePoint.
Jason Yates is a certified technical trainer who has worked as a consultant and systems administrator. His primary focus is Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8. He began his career in 1998, specializing in networking and PC hardware. He turned his attention to supporting Active Directory and other infrastructure services. Later, he began to help companies and agencies use Microsoft's deployment and imaging tools. He holds numerous certifications including MCSE, MCSA, and Network+.
Dan Young has served as a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) in Cisco Systems training since 2001. He achieved his Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE #11322) certification in Routing and Switching in the year 2003. Having taught over 400 Cisco ILT classes, primary in the area of CCNA and CCNP, Dan honed his delivery of complex Cisco topics. Now a CCIE Emeritus, Dan manages a team of Cisco, Microsoft, VMware and PMI instructors. He still maintains his passion for the instruction of IT topics, his favorite of which are Cisco routing and switching.
