Client Advisory Forum Event (CAFÉ)
The CAFÉ (Client Advisory Forum Event) is designed to be an open forum where clients have the opportunity to provide feedback on SkillSoft's product direction and development.
This event will take place over one and a half days with a reception, dinner and solutions fair to be held on Monday evening 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The format will be slightly different than last year's and will include a short presentation on SkillSoft products and services with an update on new developments and products as a result of the NETg acquisition. Following the updates, you will choose in advance one of four smaller breakouts on industry topics like Leadership Development, Portals and Portlets, Microwave Learning and Talent Management Systems. Please consult the full list available on the agenda page of this Web site. After each breakout, SkillSoft will report back to the larger group what ideas and priorities they heard during these smaller group sessions.
In addition to feedback sessions on many industry challenges, we will provide a selection of additional networking breakouts where you can choose a topic of interest and discuss this topic with your peers. These topics will be Enabling Work Force Agility, Sustainable Learning, Serving the Global Enterprise and What Keeps You Up At Night.
It is our intent to send the SkillSoft Product Strategy Roadmap to you prior to the meeting. This pre-reading material will replace product updates during the event. It will also enable you to come prepared with specific product questions, as SkillSoft's marketing team will be present at the event.
