Complementing Business Courses

Designed as complementary learning tools to SkillSoft's business skills courses, SkillSims give learners the opportunity to practice new skills in an experience-rich, risk-free environment. With integrated links to their corresponding SkillSoft course series, SkillSims provide a uniquely powerful learning experience that allows the learner to immediately apply newly gained knowledge to challenging business situations.

Rich, Multi-Path Simulations

SkillSims allow learners to practice new skills by navigating through different scenarios in which they encounter a variety of business problems. Each SkillSim allows learners to practice more complex simulated business situations, in which students demonstrate their ability to use a combination of skills.

You will interact with other people and evaluate information presented through phone calls, e-mails and via coworkers. Just as in real life, you will dig for information, interpret client’s concerns, and make choices and judgment calls that will have business consequences later on. You will use desktop tools, such as your PC, file folder, logs, SkillSoft course topics, and job aids.
