A SkillSoft KnowledgeCenter is a pre-packaged, user-friendly learning portal that allows learners instant access to trusted, targeted content. Each KnowledgeCenter includes material specifically chosen to help learners build knowledge around a topic as quickly and efficiently as possible. Assets include Books24x7 Referenceware; access to SkillSoft courseware organized into Learning Roadmaps that make it easy for learners to locate and use the most appropriate courses for their needs, simulations (through SkillSims, practice labs, or the Project Center), expert mentoring services (for IT KnowledgeCenters and the PMI KnowledgeCenter); and featured topic spotlights, refreshed regularly, to provide an in-depth focus on particular topical areas.

Each KnowledgeCenter provides a wealth of performance resources to help answer ongoing questions to keep your work force up to date in the specific subject area. Sparks are designed primarily for information technology subjects and can be viewed in several KnowledgeCenters including CISCO, MSCE/MCSA, Microsoft Enterprise Solutions 2008, ORACLE, and IT Security.
Business Impacts Series and Challenge Series
SkillSoft's Business Impact Series is a set of concise, scenario based vignettes created with the learner in mind. Designed to engage the learner in rich content, including video and Flash, they provide key takeaways such as Web links for additional information, books suggestions from the Books24x7 collection and others.
SkillSoft's Challenge Series is role-based content designed to enable problem analysis and solution definition. It is engaging with rich content, including interactive video and Flash.
KnowledgeCenter Guided Tour
