Client Community

The Client Community - Online Resource Center supports the implementation and management of our customers' strategic e-learning programs. SkillSoft's Consulting Services team is committed to providing you with the tools and ideas you need to ensure the success of your e-learning programs. The information in this community can assist you in building the momentum you want for the launch of your new e-learning program and in maintaining that momentum after launch.

The Client Community is available to all SkillSoft customers and can be accessed at http://community.skillsoft.com. You will need to request a new user ID and password into this new site.

You will find five main content areas on the new Client Community:

Marketing Resources

In the Marketing Resources area you can find marketing information and design kits for planning, kicking off a pilot, launching a program, ongoing marketing and communications, seasonal themes, new users kits and the marketing newsletter archives.

Product Administration

In the Product Administration area you will access platform specific resources for administration training, technical documents, administrators guides and job aids, and user's guides and job aids.

Program Support Tools

In the Program Support Tools area you will find industry information on topics such as blended learning, e-learning, value measurement & ROI and customer success stories, as well as links to various Web sites for additional learning. You will also find product specific resources including course descriptions and competency models.

Company Resources

The Company Resources area contains links to the SkillSoft corporate Web site that will take you directly to the information you need in the areas of academic partnerships, professional certifications, the online course catalog and the monthly SkillSoft e-Newsletter.

Support

The Support area provides you with quick access to the SkillSoft Products and Services Enhancement Request Form and the Customer Support Web Portal.
