SkillSoft Schedules Second Quarter Conference Call

NASHUA, N.H., Aug 6, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- SkillSoft Corporation (Nasdaq: SKIL), a leading provider of e-Learning courseware and ReferenceWare for business and IT professionals, intends to release its results for its second fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2002, after the market closes on Wednesday, August 14, 2002. The following morning, management will conduct a conference call at 10:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, August 15, 2002, to discuss the Company's operating performance.

Chuck Moran, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Tom McDonald, Chief Financial Officer, will host the call.
