SkillSoft Schedules Fiscal 2005 Second Quarter Conference Call

NASHUA, N.H., Aug 26, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- SkillSoft PLC (Nasdaq: SKIL), a leading provider of e-learning courseware and Referenceware(R) for business and IT professionals, intends to release its operating results for its 2005 fiscal second quarter ended July 31, 2004 after the market closes on Wednesday, September 1, 2004.

In conjunction with the release, management will conduct a conference call on Wednesday, September 1, at 5:00 p.m. ET to discuss the Company's operating performance. Chuck Moran, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Tom McDonald, Chief Financial Officer, will host the call.
