SkillSoft Wins HR Executive’s Top Training Products Award for
“Coaching with Confidence” Series

NASHUA, NH – September 17, 2003 – SkillSoft PLC (Nasdaq: SKIL), a leading provider of e-learning courseware and referenceware for business and IT professionals, today announced that the company’s “Coaching with Confidence” course series was selected by Human Resource Executive as one of seven top training products for 2003, as announced in the magazine’s September issue. The “Coaching with Confidence” series includes six e-learning courses and a blended learning tool kit focusing on various aspects of coaching in a business environment.
