We just wrapped up a very successful Perspectives 2011! It was great to see all of our customers gathering together at our annual event to discuss what works now, and what will come next in e-learning. During Perspectives, we were happy to announce the winners of the 2011 Perspectives Awards, which represent the best e-learning programs from companies such as H.J. Heinz Company, Taco Bell and Farmers Insurance, among others.
The awards were judged by a panel of industry experts, including: Lorri Freifeld of Training Magazine, Cushing Andersonof IDC, Jeanne Meisterof FutureWorkplace.com, Mollie Lombardiof Aberdeen, Paula Ketter of T&D Magazine, Bill Brandon of Learning Solutions Magazine, John Hollonof TLNT.com, Susan Smith-Nash of eLearning Queen, and Sally Hovis, SkillSoft’s vice president of learning design.
The winners of the Perspectives 2011 Industry Awards are Canadian-based MD Physician Services for the Learning in Emerging Business Achievement Award; Cox Communications for Best IT Training; Global food brand H.J. Heinz Company for Integrating Learning into the Life of the Enterprise; Taco Bell for custom e-learning solutions; United States Army for Public Sector Excellence in Learning; Annette Thompson of Farmers Insurance for Learning Professional of the Year; and finally, The American Heart Association’s (AHA) American Heart University for Program of the Year.
