Do your learning programs empower others at your organization and make an impact?

It’s that time of year again… nominations for SkillSoft’s annual Innovation in Learning Awards are now open! SkillSoft recognizes clients each year for their outstanding learning programs and innovative ideas. We honor companies that help enable effective learning environments by leveraging SkillSoft products and services.

Our award categories are designed to recognize organizations of all sizes and industries, covering several subject areas of learning. By offering awards in ten categories, we hope to single out an organization for a particularly inspirational program in a specific area, such as IT training.

Awards will be given in the following categories:

  • Effective e-learning in emerging business
  • Learning champion of the year
  • Program of the year
  • Best IT training
  • Empowering learning cultures in the enterprise
  • Best custom design
  • Impacting learning in the Public Sector
  • Inspiring leadership development (NEW)
  • Innovative collaboration in learning (NEW)
  • Enhancing learning with services (NEW)

Our new categories highlight some areas that are important to our clients as well as some areas where we’ve noticed growth.  The Innovative collaboration in learning category was added because more and more of our clients are incorporating social components in their programs and encouraging knowledge sharing. The new leadership development category will recognize an organization that successfully embeds leadership development into their culture. The third new category, Enhancing learning with services, will be the first category to recognize an organization for utilizing SkillSoft services to better their learning programs.

Get recognition for your hard work and successful programs.

Don’t let your inspirational programs fly under the radar. Submit your work for review by our impartial panel of industry experts from Aberdeen Group, Chief Learning Officer,, HRO Today, Human Resource Executive and Learning Solutions Magazine.  All nominations are due on February 26.
