Back-to-School Service Project

By Kelley Noblet, Marketing Manager

The
Skillsoft Corporate Marketing team recently had a fun day of team building and
community service! The Nashua-based team (along with a few Rochester and remote
team members) gathered off-site to assemble back-to-school backpacks for local
children. To fill the bags, Skillsoft donated leftover merchandise from our
online store including umbrellas and mouse pads, along with newly purchased pens,
pencils and highlighters. The nearly 300 bags were hand-delivered by the Corporate
Marketing team to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua. The Big
Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua’s Mission is to make a
positive difference in the lives of children who are primarily from single
parent homes. This is accomplished by matching children with caring,
committed volunteers from the community, in a professionally supported
one-to-one mentoring relationship.

We enjoyed getting away from the
office for a day and working together as a group. We hope the kids like their
new bags this fall!
