About the speaker

Debra Hamilton is responsible for leadership development across CHOP
through the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs aligned to
the hospital’s strategy and operating plan. Current projects include building a
leadership development framework that includes two signature programs along
with a leadership toolkit and other blended resources to expand the reach of
development opportunities.
