Learning is a Continuous Journey

A recent article published in Workforce Magazine indicates that learning investments are on the rise and receiving a higher degree of attention from executives.  Larger budgets and increased interest from the C-Suite are critical reasons why today’s learning programs need to generate measureable results.

How do you get the most value out of learning?

According to John Ambrose, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Emerging Business, Skillsoft, “Rather than view learning as a singular, isolated activity on a talent management wheel, organizations need interactive tools that make learning a “consumerized experience as inviting as Amazon or Netflix.”

Ambrose asserts that “It’s got to be a continuous journey, not a one-time process.”
