Jack Welch Leadership Webinar on May 15, noon, EDT

By Candy Osborne

I had the pleasure of watching management legend Jack Welch speak recently on stage at our annual customer event, Global Skillsoft Perspectives. During his keynote, he advised the audience to treat employees with the same amount of love and respect out the door as they showed them on the way in. Jack’s sense of candor, of accountability and of “flipping” performance reviews to rate managers was inspiring, not only to me but to the hundreds in attendance in the audience.

For those of you who did not attend Skillsoft Perspectives, you are in luck; you will have an opportunity to hear Jack’s words of wisdom in a 30-minute webinar, Conversations in Leadership: Lessons on Winning on Thursday, May 15. It’s free and you can listen while you eat lunch at your desk.

In just 30 minutes, you’ll learn valuable leadership lessons on how to set the mission of your organization, hire top talent, build great teams, develop a strong, transparent culture, motivate your people to win and more.

Learn from Jack’s expertise culled from his 20 years as one of the most successful CEOs of all time, and more recently as an advisor to the private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and to the media conglomerate IAC where he has helped over 40 companies thrive through the worst recession in recent history. Attendees will also have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to ask Jack questions directly.

Hurry, register today. Space is limited and advance registration is required!
