Turkeys, Provisions and Good Will This Holiday Season

Skillsoft employees located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada and Rochester N.Y. have been busy working with the community this holiday season!

The Fredericton Services Center had their annual food drive to benefit The Greener Village Community Food Center  and set record highs this year!  In total, the office contributed:

  • 3692.47 pounds of non-perishable food items! (highest ever and valued at $4620)
  • $4311.90 in cash donations! (highest ever)
  • $300 in turkeys were also contributed by the Skillsoft Charitable Contributions Committee!

 

Skillsoft employee in Rochester N.Y. collected items for the local Ronald McDonald house.  Employees donated $145 in cash, $185 in gift cards plus needed items including cleaning supplies, food, toys and paper products which will directly benefit families staying in the house this holiday season. The office also gave almost $90 from can and bottle deposits, and drop off Pop Tabs that were collected throughout the year as part of their Pop Tab program.

Kudos to all these employees for all their hard work and generosity this holiday season!
