The Skillsoft Innovation Awards deadline is just around the corner and we’re looking to recognize our customers for all the fantastic work they do in learning and development, talent management and workforce management. Over the last decade, we’ve recognized large enterprises, small-medium businesses, higher education clients and organizations in the public sector. This year, we’re pleased to introduce a new award recognizing channel partners.
Wondering what we’re looking for in our applicants? Here’s a sample of a past award winner to offer you some guidance. In 2016, Vectren's Sandi Wilson, Manager of Learning, Development & HR Employee Services was named Skillsoft Talent Development Champion of the Year for transforming the organization’s approach to online learning by implementing a program that drives engagement and business impact. Sandi’s willingness to collaborate and take input from others is a testament to her success. As a result of her efforts, the company increased the benefits gained from learning and drastically reduced the cost per learner.
Don’t delay! If you’ve got a learning or talent program that delivered significant impact to the business, we want to know the details. Apply for an Innovation Award by January 31.
