Innovation Awards: Recognizing the Success of HR and L&D Organizations

Everyone loves a success story, especially one about the workplace. Unfortunately, too often an organization’s great accomplishments go unrecognized. That’s not the case with Skillsoft and SumTotal. We want to help you showcase your achievements and business impact. Our Innovation Awards recognize the innovative ideas, powerful programs and inspiring HR and L&D leaders who are helping to transform the corporate learning and talent development landscape by leveraging Skillsoft, Percipio and/or SumTotal.

We will celebrate the awards at Perspectives, our annual user conference, which will take place April 15-17 at the Hilton Bonnet Creek resort in Orlando, Florida. First, we need your applications and I have good news to share – we extended the submission deadline to February 22! Whether you are a Skillsoft, Percipio and/or SumTotal customer, we want to hear from you. In case you are wondering if you qualify, here are a few questions to ponder:

  • Did you transform how you deliver personalized learning to your employees?
  • Did you democratize leadership development?
  • Did your IT organization enhance its coding skills?
  • Did you increase efficiency by deploying learning and compliance on a single platform?
  • Can your employees learn anywhere, any time and on any device?
  • Are you now offering a Netflix-like learning experience via your LMS?
  • Did you integrate learning and talent management to enhance talent development and position your organization for long-term success?

The possibilities are endless, but the core of any award-worthy story remains the same: your dedication and hard work paid off and is delivering business value.

What happens once you submit an application?

For starters, our panel of judges, which features industry analysts from Brandon Hall Group, Craig Weiss Group, IDC, and Wainhouse Research, among others, will score the applications to determine the winners. The winners will receive their award at the inaugural Innovation Awards lunch at Perspectives on Tuesday, April 16. In addition to a beautiful trophy, the winners will also receive one complimentary Perspectives registration for their organization.
