His company, Replenishment Technology Group, Inc. specializes in supply chain systems, administration automation, and lean manufacturing. Prior to operating his own company he has held positions as vice president of corporate logistics, operations manager, production manager, materials manager, director of production control, purchasing manager and inventory control manager with prominent United States firms.

Mr. Louis holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is certified CPIM by the American Production and Inventory Control Society and C.P.M. by the Institute for Supply Management.
