About the Authors

Paresh Mishra is the vice president of the SAP Cloud Platform customer success team for the Asia Pacific and Greater China (APAC) regions. He is responsible for driving customer adoption and supporting customer success during all phases of SAP Cloud Platform implementation (adoption, extension, and optimization). His team helps customers to leverage SAP Cloud Platform for digital transformation by building new applications and extending standard applications to better meet business needs.

Previously, Paresh was head of the Cloud Innovation Center for the Asia Pacific region and was responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of SAP cloud transformation services. He provided architectural guidance to customers and partners, helped them adopt the right SAP cloud solutions, and provided them with a portfolio of planning, implementation, and optimization services. He was a significant contributor to the regional SAP cloud practice and helped launch programs like the SAP Cloud SWAT team.

Paresh is a frequent speaker on a variety of cloud topics at events such as SAP All Cloud Connect, SAPPHIRE, and SAP TechEd. He is based out of Melbourne, Australia.

Vipin Varappurath leads SAP's digital customer success team for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Middle and Eastern European (MEE) regions. He is responsible for driving customer adoption and success for larger customer segments in various phases of project implementation. In this role, Vipin helps customers get the most value out of the SAP Cloud Platform investment during a digital transformation.

Vipin has also led the customer success and engagement team in North America and was part of an SAP consulting team, responsible for helping customers architect, develop, and implement cloud-native SAP architectures. He has also worked as an architect and developer for SAP cloud applications at SAP. Vipin is based out of Walldorf, Germany.
