About the Author

Steven Rogers is a Senior Lecturer of Business Administration at Harvard Business School . He was previously the Gordon and Llura Gund Family Distinguished Professor of Entrepreneurship at Kellogg and has taught in many executive programs throughout the world, including Austria, Australia, Ghana, the Philippines, Mexico, India, Germany, Toronto, and Hong Kong. He has been selected by Ernst & Young as “Entrepreneur of the Year.” In 2017, Poets & Quants Magazine selected him as one of “our favorite MBA professors.” In 2009, Ebony magazine named him one of the top 150 influential people in America.
