About the Author

Ron Basu (London, UK) is Director of RB Consultants and a Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley Business School. He is also a Visiting Professor at SKEMA Graduate School of Management, Lille. Previously he worked as a Management Consultant with A.T. Kearney and then held senior management roles in blue-chip companies including Unilever and GlaxoSmthKline. Ron is the author or co-author of ‘Total Manufacturing Solutions’, ‘Measuring e-Business Performance’, ‘Quality Beyond Six Sigma’ , ‘Implementing Quality’, ‘Total Operations Solutions’, ‘Total Supply Chain Management’, ‘Implementing Six Sigma and Lean’, ‘FIT SIGMA’, ‘Managing Project Supply Chains, ‘Managing Quality in Projects’, ‘Managing Global Supply Chains’ and ‘Managing Projects in Research and Development’.
