About the Author

Zhaohao Sun is a full professor of IT, PNG University of Technology, Director of Research Centre of Big Data Analytics and Intelligent Systems (BAIS). He graduated from Bond U, U of Ballarat, Australia; Brandenburg Techn. U Cottbus (TU Cottbus), Germany and Hebei U, China with PhD, Graduate Cert. of Edu., MSc, MSc, and BSc respectively. He is also an adjunct professor of the Federation U Australia, chair professor of Hebei U of Science & Techn. He previously held academic positions at Hebei U, Hebei Normal U, China; RWTH Aachen, TU Cottbus; Bond U and UoW. Dr Sun is a world renowned scholar in many fields such as big data, data science, e-commerce, CBR, and intelligent systems. He has 10 books and 170+ referred research publications, completed 30+ research grants, supported from China, Germany, Australia, USA and PNG, and lectured 46+ different courses for UG and PG students of IT, IS, and CS in universities of Australia, China, and PNG. His current research interests include big data analytics, data science, AI, and business intelligence. He is a senior member of ACS, and a MAIS and MIEEE.

Zhiyou Wu is a full professor of Chongqing Normal University. She is also the director of Chongqing Key Lab of Intelligent Finance and Big Data Analysis, a Humboldt Research Fellow, the New Century Talent of the Ministry of Education, one of the One hundred leading talents in academic disciplines in Chongqing, etc. She is also the Executive director of Operations Research Society of China, the President of Chongqing Operational Research Society, etc. Her research area is on optimization theory and algorithms, especially on global optimization. She is the Principal Investigator of more than 15 projects including three National Natural Science Foundation of China and Australian National Project (ARC), etc. She has published more than 70 papers in journals such as SIAM, J and OPTIM, and has won 3 Chongqing Natural Science Awards. She has visited many universities in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Germany and so on. She is an adjunct professor and adjunct doctoral supervisor at Shanghai University and Southwest Jiaotong University.
