About the Authors

Donna Leong-Cohen works at the SAP SuccessFactors practice at SAP. Until recently, Donna was a managing director for SAP and SAP SuccessFactors HCM management consulting at Coeus Consulting. Donna has more than 20 years of experience implementing HCM global systems and business consulting specializing in HR business process transformation. She has delivered more than 30 HCM implementation projects for a broad spectrum of global and domestic clients. Her experience in the HR systems industry enables her to work with complex global organizations and across many business sectors. Donna has worked in SAP ERP HCM for more than 15 years and on SAP SuccessFactors implementations for seven years.

Vishnu Kandi leads the SAP SuccessFactors data and integration practice and has been part of several integration implementations at SAP. He has an extensive background in enterprise-class software development, implementation, and management, and more than 15 years of experience in integrations and client-server and web-based technologies. He has experience in managing development teams, as well as architecting, developing, and deploying highly scalable and available systems.

Rinky Karthik is a principal solution architect with SAP SuccessFactors' cloud architect and advisory team. Rinky has an MBA in human resources and more than 18 years of professional experience in SAP's HCM ecosystem, having begun as an on-premise SAP ERP HCM consultant and becoming involved in global implementations in diverse roles. She is certified in Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning, and has been part of many SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects as a lead consultant and solution architect. She has provided advisory services associated with core HR/talent management process, including deployment and optimization efforts for global SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects.

Seng-Ping Gan is a technical integration expert who specializes in SAP system integration for SAP C/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP solutions. He has more than 10 years of technical experience in SAP integration projects and has worked with global companies in Asia, Europe, and the USA. His area of technical expertise includes SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Process Integration, Dell Boomi, and ABAP.
