About the Author

Oliver James currently works for DJ Learning Ltd. and is responsible for day-to-day operations, supplier relationships, research and networking. He previously worked for a big telecommunications company in various roles, including team leadership and project management, and worked in India on two separate occasions, successfully delivering complex change projects. In his spare time, he is a mentor for the Prince’s Trust and works with Careers Wales doing mock interviews and careers talks. He also enjoys long-distance running, including the London Marathon four times, raising money for Children with Cancer UK.
