California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in Skillsoft’s general Privacy Notice and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“you”). We fully describe our practices to visitors or our website(s) in our Privacy Notice, but are using this California Privacy Notice to ensure we meet the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act or CCPA. 1. Personal Information: Types, Collection, Uses and Disclosures

The types of personal information our website(s) collects about you, and how we collect personal information, is identified and outlined at, respectively, Section 3, (“The Data We Collect About You”) and Section 4, (“How Is Your Personal Data Collected?”) of our general Privacy Notice. Our use of personal information collected via our website(s) is described at Section 5, (“How We Use Your Personal Data”) of our general Privacy Notice. Finally, to whom we might disclose personal information is described at Section 6 (“Disclosures of Your Personal Data”) of our general Privacy Policy.

2. Californians’ Rights Under the CCPA

The CCPA provides consumers (California residents) with certain rights regarding their personal information. Those rights include, among other things, rights to access, to portability, and to erasure. Most of these rights are more fully described at Section 10 (“Your Rights In Your Personal Data”) of our general Privacy Notice.

To exercise your rights under the CCPA, please fill-out our form and help us help you by specifying the basis for your request. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month of their submission. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of simultaneous requests, but we’ll let you know of any delay and its basis.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

While the CCPA provides California residents with the right to opt-out of the sale of his/her/their personal information, as we do not sell your personal information, we do not provide an opt-out.
