Corporate Social Responsibility

We believe in giving back as a company and individually. It’s in the DNA of our company, and part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), in ways big and small, from donating our products and expertise to not-for-profit organizations helping them thrive, to recycling and fostering sustainability initiatives.

A study by Reputation Institute found that your willingness to buy, recommend, work for, and invest in a company is driven 60% by your perceptions of the company – or its reputation – and only 40% by your perceptions of the products or services a company sells.

We are committed that our CSR strategy reflects the soul of our company. What does this mean? We want to be seen as open, honest and ethical about how we treat people and the environment. We also take active steps to ensure that our CSR initiatives expand and grow by having an active CSR Committee led by Tara O’Sullivan, our Chief Creative Officer.

We also continue focusing on beautiful technology and engaging content to help improve people’s lives. That too is part of our commitment to CSR. When our products help other organizations and their employees improve, it is part of the Skillsoft dedication to CSR.
