Active shooter situations have become more common, in public places and at work premises. This course will help you prepare to respond to an active shooter situation. You'll learn about typical characteristics of active shooter incidents, ways you can prepare now, and expert recommendations on how best to react when an attack is in progress. You'll also learn what to expect and how to react when law enforcement arrives. This course may include video scenario and discussion around topics dealing with active shooter events and workplace violence.
