You will learn how to use the e-mail function in Word, which automatically creates a new e-mail and attaches your document. You will also learn how to directly access OneDrive, Microsoft's Cloud service that allows you to save a document online. Next, observe how to use links to send and share documents, and how to set permissions for who can access that document. This course explores how to use the comment tool in Word to communicate with multiple users working on the same document, and use the Word tool to track changes, highlight changes in text, review changes, and accept or reject edits. You will continue by learning how to use Inking tools in Word with Draw tab to add artistic elements to a document. Finally, you will learn how to use Word tools to compare two versions of a document, merge them, and decide on how modifications are integrated.
