“As the economy continues to improve, the job market is becoming increasingly competitive. Whilst potential is certainly not in short supply – developed talent is a precious resource, and learning is the key to unlocking an employee’s true potential. Companies are beginning to recognise this, and are adopting a learning-centric approach to develop and maintain talent. With increasing investment going into training programmes, businesses are effectively entering a new ‘learning age’, therefore it is imperative talented employees are being retained by employers and given the opportunity to grow, develop and progress their skills,” added Young.
