Vodeclic Announces Company Rebrand to Skillsoft

Culmination of three years’ work that consolidates the best of Skillsoft and Vodeclic’s industry-leading learning content

Paris – 19 December 2018 – Skillsoft, a global leader in corporate learning, has announced today that Vodeclic, a leading provider of enterprise learning solutions, will operate under the Skillsoft brand in France.

Vodeclic was acquired by Skillsoft in May 2015 to complement its existing portfolio of learning applications. As part of the acquisition, Skillsoft acquired Vodeclic’s learning platform which was instrumental in the creation and development of Percipio, Skillsoft’s learning experience platform which has won 10 awards.

This new branding is the culmination of three years’ work that consolidates the best of Skillsoft and Vodeclic’s industry-leading learning content to serve its customers in the region best.

Since the acquisition, Vodeclic’s customer base in France has trebled. More than 40 percent of the customers have benefited from access to fully localised versions of its award-winning learning systems.
