Elisa Vincent brings twenty years of experience leading human capital management, learning and development, talent management, organizational design, and diversity and inclusion teams. She has worked at global organizations in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, including ThermoFisher Scientific and Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Formerly a Skillsoft content client, she specializes in leadership development and executive coaching. With Skillsoft, she leads the efforts to enable the individual and collective success of Skillsoft employees and leaders. She also serves on a non-profit board and as a faculty member at Bentley University.
