As Senior Vice President of Product Management, Potoula is responsible for product development, innovation, and user experience design, including the launch of the award-winning Skillsoft Percipio intelligent learning platform.

Potoula leads the product organization in agile product development and lean product practices of prototype, test, iterate to ensure we are building tools our customers will love.



Jim Renner


Jim has over 25 years of industry experience building and supporting enterprise learning solutions. He began his career as a software developer before transitioning into various solution consulting roles. Jim enhanced his problem-solving and communication skills by speaking the languages of both business and technology. Those skills have carried forward into product management, where he has helped develop the strategy and vision for Skillsoft’s mobile solutions and, more recently, Percipio. As Vice President of Product Management, Jim and his team manage Percipio’s administration experience, integration services, and content management capabilities. He is an avid supporter of lean product management, agile development practices, and analytics-based decision-making.
