In the last few months, we’ve heard a lot about equity. What does it really mean? The simple definition is “justice according to natural law or right, specifically freedom from bias or favoritism.”
But, how do you transform equity from a concept we all believe in to reality?
The third Leadercamp in our series will focus on equity in the workplace.
Through individual, institutional, systemic, and structural lenses, we’ll look at:
- Evidence-based qualitative and quantitative data
- Culture shifts versus programs or initiatives
- Everyday behaviors that have lead to progress
