Transformative leadership empowers leaders to drive real behavioral change that encourages them to successfully deliver on strategic initiatives, drive results, and achieve their personal goals. For employees to thrive in this new world of work and develop as leaders, they need to adopt the right skills—like empathy, personalization, and proactive problem-solving—to drive positive behavioral change and personal growth.
