Leadership and Business Content: Recent Releases and 90-day Development Plan

As we look toward the summer months, we at Skillsoft are staying focused on developing compelling learning experiences that help people reach their fullest potential during these unprecedented times. In the past 30 days, we have released new courses on leading in the post-pandemic economy, published a new curriculum on sustainability, curated a host of new resources from MIT Sloan Management Review, and launched a new Leadercamp, Leading Inclusively, featuring La’Wana Harris, the author of Diversity Beyond Lip Service: A Coaching Guide for Challenging Bias (Berrett-Koehler, 2019). We are proud to make this Leadercamp universally accessible to all customers, prospects and anyone interested in starting their journey toward inclusive leadership.

In the coming 90 days, we will release three new Aspire Journeys for Leadership which include Transitioning into a Leadership Role, Moving into Mid-Level Leadership, and Transitioning to Senior Leadership. We believe that these new Aspire Journeys will provide a rich, career-driven learning path that offers a compelling experience for our learners. In addition, we also plan to release a series of new videos from MIT Sloan Management Review, extend our post-pandemic curriculum, and release a draft of our Digital Leader Assessment, which is based upon the research of Dr. Jerry Kane and his ground-breaking work, The Technology Fallacy (MIT Press, 2019). We plan to pilot the Digital Leader Assessment with a handful of customers in the coming months, to gather feedback and real-time insights.

We couldn’t be more excited about the innovations planned in our roadmap and look forward helping our learners unleash their edge and be amazing!
