Additionally, technological literacy is essential for effective communication. With the rise of digital communication tools, it is crucial that employees understand how to use them effectively. This includes email, chat, video conferencing, and social media. Without this knowledge, miscommunication and misunderstandings can arise, leading to decreased productivity and even lost business.
As one would expect, investing in technological literacy training for employees is, therefore, a wise investment for any company. By providing employees with the tools and knowledge they need to use technology effectively, companies can increase productivity, drive innovation, and stay competitive in today's marketplace.
