She has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services in the US, Mexico, and Australia with a solid foundation and executive positions in business operations, project and program management, and strategy development and delivery.
Most recently DeAnna was Head of Culture, Organisational Development & Learning with a top 5 general insurer in Australia.
DeAnna is an endorsed Adaptive Cultures Practitioner and an NLP Practitioner. She has applied adaptive approaches to work as varied as culture integration for a complex merger, designing a risk culture framework and engagements to uplift risk culture maturity, engagement survey design, the design and facilitation of succession planning, senior leadership development programs, and coaching.
Matthew Glitzer
Global Head of Regional Sales, Skillsoft
Matthew Glitzer is currently the Global Head of Regional Sales at Skillsoft. He most recently served as Vice President, Security Sales, IBM Americas where he was responsible for all Security related products and services. Previously, Matt served as Vice President, IBM’s Integrated Security Business Unit - Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for Security Software sales and Services and was a member of IBM’s regional Senior Leadership Team. In Matt’s prior roles in Greater China for IBM, he was a member of the Global Technology Services leadership team holding the positions of General Manager, Global Technology Services, Hong Kong and Head of Client Management and Offerings. In these roles he had country and regional P&L responsibility for all managed service clients, as well as technology solutioning, consulting and go-to-market offerings. Before joining IBM in 2005, he was vice president of Field Alliances for SAP America.
Matt holds a B.S. in Political Science from Rutgers College and a Masters in Business Administration from the George Washington University. He holds a certification from IBM’s Harvard Business School Certification Program and is a graduate of IBM’s Master Deal Making program through the Wharton School of Business.
He currently lives in Cary, North Carolina with his wife Colleen and two of their four children. In his leisure time, he enjoys cooking, entertaining, and is an avid tennis player.
Luisa Golgini
Director, Customer Success APAC & India, Skillsoft
Luisa Golgini is the Director of Customer Success for APAC and India. In this role, Luisa is focused on guiding her team to high performance and ensuring they collectively drive success and value for customers in the region. For the 7 years prior to joining Skillsoft in 2014, Luisa was part of the Global Learning Solutions team at Hudson Recruitment, with responsibility for technology and business systems training for the organization. It was here that she first experienced the benefits of a strategic learning partnership with Skillsoft. Luisa began her career in the Financial Services industry, where she acquired more than 10 years of workplace learning experience. A highlight was successfully delivering a training & change program to 2000+ learners as part of a system replacement project for the Australian money market, during her tenure with the Sydney Futures Exchange. She also held various operational and training roles in the preceding years where she first discovered her passion for helping others achieve their goals and reach their potential.
James Hanson

James has enjoyed over 20 years in Organisational Development. With experience in multiple global locations including Australia, the UK, the US, New Zealand, and Germany he brings a fresh set of ideas, which often expands on traditional theories. In addition to Cardno, now Stantec James has been an integral leader in several world-class organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, and Eaton Corporation. James has predominantly focused on driving company performance by building organisational capability through employee experience strategies, talent management, and development programs, performance management systems and processes, and strategic workforce planning.
Asha Palmer is Skillsoft’s senior vice president of compliance solutions. Throughout her career, Asha has developed, enhanced, and optimized effective ethics and compliance programs for hundreds of companies worldwide. Her passion and expertise are in program development and enhancement, training and engagement, anti-bribery and corruption, risk assessments, and making compliance fun (dare we say it!). Asha pushes compliance out of the box. As a former Assistant United States Attorney and litigator, Asha is extremely passionate about making training and engagement stick and be meaningfully embedded in and with business and its leaders.
Dr Lizzie Valentine is an award-winning researcher and transformation thought leader. An experienced CEO, CIO, and change and transformation consultant, Lizzie describes herself as a professional cage rattler - a fearless change agent and problem solver who involves and inspires people to bring their best to their work. She has led the technical, people and capability aspects of some of New Zealand and Australia’s largest mergers, industry and organisation transformations and capability development challenges. Lizzie is Managing Director of Enterprise Governance Consulting, a boutique consultancy specialising in transformation strategy, digital capability development and IT governance. Until March 2021 she was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Massey University (NZ). Since 2017 she also held the post of Adjunct Researcher and Teaching Fellow at Victoria University of Wellington. She holds a Doctor of Information Technology from QUT, Australia, 2016, and an MBA from Henley, UK.
