The purpose of the Customer Awards program is to recognize innovative ideas, powerful programs and inspiring leaders who are helping to transform their organizations by implementing transformational learning programs, by leveraging Skillsoft’s learning solutions. The deadline for all submissions is July 15, 2024.

Champion of the Year
Honoring the HR or L&D champion who has excelled and maintained consistent success throughout the year. This individual demonstrates exceptional skills in leading and delivering a transformational program in part by leveraging Skillsoft’s learning solutions. Additionally, this individual serves as an ambassador for talent development and has used innovation and ingenuity in their programs to better his/her organization.
Program of the Year
Recognizing an organization that has developed and implemented a cutting-edge program with measurable impact for both the organization and its employees using Skillsoft’s learning solutions. Outstanding programs have clearly defined challenges that require unique solutions to make the program a success. The recent pandemic ensured that it was not so easy to do so and that only the best stood on top. The program of the year award identifies learning programs that have innovative practices, demonstrated evidence of meaningful impact for learners and the organization.
Debut of the Year
This award recognizes and distinguishes the organization which has recently implemented Skillsoft solutions (post January 2023), witnessed measurable impact and unlocked desired outcomes with regards to their talent pool and the organization. In addition, this organization has set standards and paved a clear path for those willing to embark on an organization wide initiative to incorporate talent and learning management solutions.

Recognizing an organization that has overcome challenges reducing the tech skills gap by implementing innovative learning programs for its technology and developer workforce and has demonstrated strong results.

Dr. Selvan Dorairaj

Dr Selvan Dorairaj currently is a Coach and Mentor at Bosch and is also Program Director and Adjunct Professor at SP Jain Global. He teaches Strategy, Innovation, Design Thinking and the entire range of HR topics. He is an Engineer from IIT Madras and completed his management from IIM Ahmedabad. His PhD research work was in the HR Management space. His work experience over the last 35 years cuts across Sales, Technology, Quality, Global Business Unit Head, HR, and Business Process Reengineering. He also serves as the Co-Chairman of the Board for IT Education Standards (BITES), a Govt of Karnataka body. He is a speaker in many conferences and forums both in India and abroad and also is an active member on the board of several educational institutions.
