A global technology executive with extensive strategy and growth experience, Eric joined Skillsoft as Chief Revenue Officer in 2021.
He previously served as Chief of Staff for the President of Global Sales, Services and Customer Engagement at SAP, where he supported global go-to-market strategy and operations. Prior to that, he was Chief Revenue Officer at Qualtrics and Chief Innovation Officer for SAP America.
Earlier in his career, Eric held positions of increasing seniority at SAP, Ciber, Virtustream and Blackboard.
Eric is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board at Boston University School of Law and founder of the Eric & Neil Stine-Markman Scholarship, the first permanent endowment to dedicate scholarship funds to the LGBTQ+ community. He also plays active board and fundraising roles for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, Yale Pediatrics and Northwestern University.
Eric holds a Juris Doctorate from the Boston University School of Law and Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and History from Northwestern University.
Michael is responsible for driving innovation and growth in the Technology and Developer Customer Market. His role as General Manager of this customer market concentrates on leading the content, platform, customer success, sales and marketing teams to deliver compelling experiences to our customers.
Prior to Skillsoft, Michael led the council member organization at GLG, focused on growing GLG’s network of professional experts. Before that, Michael spent over a decade at Gartner, where he led several business units serving technology providers, chief information officers, professional services firms, technology investors, digital marketers, and small & medium businesses. He also led Gartner’s corporate marketing and corporate development organizations. Prior to Gartner, Michael spent 4 years at McKinsey serving high-tech, telecom, and pharmaceutical clients on a variety of strategic issues.
Michael began his career as a research physicist, leading fundamental R&D efforts in semiconductor nanotechnology at IBM, Philips Electronics, and Bell Laboratories. Michael received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard, and his Ph.D. from MIT.
Asha Palmer is Skillsoft’s senior vice president of compliance solutions. Throughout her career, Asha has developed, enhanced, and optimized effective ethics and compliance programs for hundreds of companies worldwide. Her passion and expertise are in program development and enhancement, training and engagement, anti-bribery and corruption, risk assessments, and making compliance fun (dare we say it!). Asha pushes compliance out of the box. As a former Assistant United States Attorney and litigator, Asha is extremely passionate about making training and engagement stick and be meaningfully embedded in and with business and its leaders.
Luisa Golgini
Director, Customer Success, APAC & India, Skillsoft
Luisa Golgini is the Senior Manager of Customer Success for APAC. In this role, Luisa is focused on guiding her team to high performance and ensuring they collectively drive success and value for customers in the region.
For the 7 years prior to joining Skillsoft in 2014, Luisa was part of the Global Learning Solutions team at Hudson Recruitment, with responsibility for technology and business systems training for the organization. It was here that she first experienced the benefits of a strategic learning partnership with Skillsoft.
Luisa began her career in the Financial Services industry, where she acquired more than 10 years of workplace learning experience. A highlight was successfully delivering a training & change program to 2000+ learners as part of a system replacement project for the Australian money market, during her tenure with the Sydney Futures Exchange. She also held various operational and training roles in the preceding years where she first discovered her passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Matt Boon

As Director of Strategic Research at ADAPT Matt Boon, is responsible for directing and developing ADAPT’s research content and positions.
Matt has been an industry leading Analyst for over 30 years leading local and global teams. In his role at ADAPT, Matt advises C-Suite executives across the end-user and technology provider landscape.
Over many years Matt has been a sought after and highly respected authority and speaker on the global IT Landscape, always with a focus on what that really means from a differentiated business first and local mindset.
During 18 years at Gartner in senior leadership roles Matt has led global business units contributing to high double-digit growth annually with a people and business first mindset.
Interacting with executives daily, Matt is also responsible for bringing together groups of C-Suite leaders to discuss and prepare for the myriad of challenges and opportunities they face.

In addition to Cardno, now Stantec James has been an integral leader in several world-class organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, and Eaton Corporation. James has predominantly focused on driving company performance by building organisational capability through employee experience strategies, talent management, and development programs, performance management systems and processes, and strategic workforce planning.
