SSI Investments II Limited, a parent company of SkillSoft Limited, today announced that its indirect subsidiaries, SkillSoft Corporation and SkillSoft Ireland Limited, have acquired the Element K business from NIIT Ventures, Inc., a subsidiary of NIIT Limited.
